Background:

Chris Boston is a licensed commercial real estate broker and is very knowledgeable about the Northwest Real Estate Marketplace in Colorado. He is an outgoing Chairman of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder and past President of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Technical Center Owners Association and he has served on the Board of the Boulder Economic Council. Chris specializes in office, industrial, retail clients. Buyers and Landlords speak highly of his professionalism and his responsiveness. They also appreciate his creativity and knowledge of the market, which helps facilitate real estate transactions.

Experience and Education:
Chris received his Masters of Business Administration in 2001 from Colorado State University. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1991 from the University of Colorado. He has a strong background in the management of projects and financial analysis. Chris has also been awarded the CCIM designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Activities & Involvements:
Chris lives in Boulder with his wife Justine and their sons Richard and Jake. Having grown up in Boulder, he has witnessed the dramatic changes to the Northwest real estate market over the years. He has a passion for riding bikes and loves to undertake century rides. He also enjoys fly fishing, skiing, hiking and spending time in the mountains.

Stacey Hutton

Stacey became Chris’s assistant in 2005. She is a Colorado native and a recent graduate of the University of Colorado. She received her bachelors degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and also completed the Leeds School of Business real estate certificate program.

Stacey is proficient with scheduling and organizing property tours, preparation of letters of intent and contracts, and lease preparation. Tenants and Landlord’s speak highly of her attention to detail and timely response (and her always fantastic attitude). She is skilled with the use of multiple property databases and is very good at excel analysis.

When she’s not working, Stacey enjoys taking part in a wide variety of outdoor activities, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and relaxing.
